We booked direct as we wanted to support independent businesses at this time and were greeted with a free bottle of wine on arrival to have during our stay.The hotel is in the most amazing position and the owners Suzanne and Derek have decorated and everything was clean and felt brand new! We have a wonderful sea view and were treated every morning to the most wonderful freshly cooked breakfast, made from the highest quality ingredients. They really could not do enough to make our stay any better.We will certainly be returning and bringing our family and friends. If you are looking for a boutique hotel with the personal service and the most amazing breakfast AND a Seafront view…this is the only place to stay in Weymouth. We cannot wait to return.

We stayed for 1 night after our wedding but wished we could have stayed longer! Beautifully decorated with lovely local finishing touches. Clean and fresh, and we felt very safe covid-wise. Breakfast was of superb quality, well cooked, timely with a good buffet selection and dietary needs catered for. Coffee was excellent! The room was well equipped and bed comfy. It is a listed building so expect some wonky bits and tiny bathrooms - it all adds to the character. We had a lovely view of the seafront too. Hosts were impeccable, so friendly and attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Would most definitely stay again

Needing a stay, we are so glad we chose No.98 Boutique Hotel. Looking over the bay from our room. Newly refurbished and beautifully decorated it was a treat to stay there. Derek & Suzanne could not have done more to assist our stay. Breakfast was perfect and the service was top class.

We have just spent four nights at this perfect gem of a hotel in an excellent position right next to the beach.Everywhere and everything was spotless and smelt wonderful, Breakfast was locally sourced,fresh and cooked to perfection. Suzanne & Derek were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Why would anyone stay anywhere else? Well done. 🙂

This is a great little B&B we had three rooms, the B&B has been refurbished and each room has lots of little extras, the breakfast was well cooked and the service was outstanding, We were visiting family in Weymouth and we will hopefully be able to visit again.
